Jaywalkers finished! - Jaywalkerit valmiina!

I finished my Jaywalkers and I like them so much that I just might have to sleep with them on. I think I have to finish one of my several works in process before I'm allowed to cast on for another pair. Oh well, this way I have more time to figure out what kind of yarn I want to try out. As I was weaving in the ends I noticed that the socks look kind of cool on the inside too (picture on the bottom of the post).

Pattern: Jaywalker by Grumberina, Mag knits, September 2005, added sizes found here
Yarn: Regia Jacquard color 4 ply sock yarn, colourway 5174 Polar
Needles: 2,5mm dpn's
Size: 25cm ankle, 92 cast on stiches
Alterations: Fumbled with heel gusset decreases. I have short toes so I did the toe decreases every row instead of every other and the socks fit just fine.

Muutokset: Sotkin jotain kiilakavennuksissa. Minulla on lyhyet varpaat joten tein varvaskavennukset joka kerroksella joka toisen sijaan ja sukat istuvat hyvin.

Sain Jaywalkerit valmiiksi ja ne on niin kivat että taidan mennä nukkumaan ne jalassa. Pitää kyllä varmaan saada valmiiksi edes yksi useista keskeneräisistä projekteista ennen kuin saan luvan aloittaa uudet sukat. Noh, voi sen ajatella niinkin että on enemmän aikaa päättää millaisesta langasta haluan seuraavat tehdä. Kun päättelin lankoja huomasin sukan näyttävän aika hienolta myös nurjalta puolelta.
